Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases for Final 4 Boyz events are final. There are absolutely no refunds, exchanges, or credits issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• No-shows or failure to attend an event.
• Arriving after an event has reached capacity.
• Personal scheduling conflicts or change of plans.
• Weather conditions, unless the event is officially canceled by Final 4 Boyz.
• Dissatisfaction with an event, performer, or venue.
• Denial of entry due to failure to meet age, dress code, or conduct requirements.

Fraudulent Cards

Using fake cards, punch cards, or any fraudulent payment method will result in the associated tickets being voided immediately with no refund. Law enforcement will be contacted, and the purchaser may be subject to prosecution.

Canceled Events

In the rare event that Final 4 Boyz officially cancels an event, refunds will be dispersed to ticket holders automatically. You do not need to take further action — your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

A rescheduled event is not a canceled event. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date and no refund will be issued.

VIP Sections & Packages

Deposits and payments for VIP sections, bottles, and packages are non-refundable. Sections are not reserved until payment or written confirmation is received. No refunds are issued for unused VIP services, early departure, or guest no-shows.

Transfer of Tickets

Final 4 Boyz is not responsible for tickets purchased through third-party resellers or unauthorized channels. Tickets obtained outside of our official box office may be voided at the door without refund.
