Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Purchases

All tickets are sold through Final 4 Boyz's official ticketing channels. Each ticket is a revocable license that grants the holder admission to the specified event, subject to the terms outlined on this page and any event-specific requirements.

Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly authorized by Final 4 Boyz. Final 4 Boyz is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties or resellers, and such tickets may be voided at the door without refund.

2. No Refunds & No-Shows

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• No-shows. If you do not attend the event, no refund or credit will be provided.
• Arriving after an event has reached capacity or closed entry.
• Personal scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or change of plans.
• Being denied entry for failure to meet age, dress code, ID, or conduct requirements.
• Weather or transportation conditions, unless the event is officially canceled by Final 4 Boyz.
• Dissatisfaction with an event, performer, venue, or experience.

A no-show is not a basis for a refund under any circumstances. Your ticket holds your place only during the stated entry window and does not guarantee admission after capacity is reached.

3. Canceled & Rescheduled Events

In the rare event that Final 4 Boyz officially cancels an event, refunds will be dispersed automatically to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days. No further action is required.

A rescheduled or relocated event is not a canceled event. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date and location, and no refund will be issued.

4. Fraudulent Cards & Payments

Using fake cards, punch cards, or any fraudulent or unauthorized payment method will result in the associated tickets being voided immediately with no refund. Final 4 Boyz reserves the right to report fraudulent activity to law enforcement, and the purchaser may be subject to prosecution.

5. Admission, Age & ID Requirements

Admission is subject to the age requirement listed for each event. Valid government-issued photo ID may be required at entry. Final 4 Boyz reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who is intoxicated, disruptive, or violates venue policies — without refund.

6. VIP Sections & Packages

VIP sections, bottles, and packages are not reserved until payment or written confirmation is received. All VIP deposits and payments are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for unused VIP services, early departure, or guest no-shows.

7. Event Changes

Final 4 Boyz reserves the right to modify event details including performers, hosts, DJs, set times, and venues. Lineups and schedules are subject to change without notice. Such changes do not constitute a cancellation and do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

8. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Attendees assume all risks incidental to attendance, including exposure to loud sound, lighting effects, crowds, and atmospheric effects. Final 4 Boyz and its partners are not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property arising from attendance at any event.

9. Photography & Media

Final 4 Boyz and its partners may photograph, film, and record events for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used without additional compensation.
